The catering facility "Bacchus" Palmižana (Pakleni islands) is a family restaurant that has been operating since 2007 on the beautiful island of St. Clement, whose beauty you can truly enjoy.
Located in our own olive grove, we offer an exceptionally natural, authentic atmosphere and a special way of preparing dishes in a bread oven that gives fresh and homemade specialties a special flavor. Of course, we also have a wide range of other homemade dishes.
300 sunny days a year, more than 120 traditional specialties and over 1200 satisfied guests speak of quality and an experience that simply must be tried.

For over 50 years, Jeličić family has been delighting the palates of their guests with the traditional Mediterranean cuisine, while Palmižana leaves them breathless. We use only the freshest and organic ingredients in all of our dishes.
Wine is one of the most popular alcoholic beverages, and is also considered one of the most important ingredients in Mediterranean and many European cuisines and cultures. There are many different types of wine, reflecting the diversity of climates and soils where different grape varieties are grown. We usually distinguish wines by color: white (bijelo), rosé (roze) and red (crno) wine (vino), and the color is determined by the color of the grapes and the winemaking process.
It is here in Dalmatia, where the sun scorches the rocky cliffs and where the karst reigns, that the grapevine has found its homeland. Discover the benefits of Dalmatian wines, created by hardworking Dalmatian winemakers for centuries, and taste some of the most famous Dalmatian wines: Plavac mali, Dingač, Postup, Babić, Pošip, Debit, Malvazija or Žlahtina, and the inevitable Prošek, an exceptionally sweet dessert wine.
